Product Introduction
Mill liners are core wear-resistant components installed on the inner wall of cement mill cylinders, end heads and partition plates. They are widely used in cement raw material mills, clinker grinding mills and wet grinding mills. The main functions of mill liners are to protect the mill shell from severe impact, friction and abrasion caused by grinding media, raw materials and clinker, extend the service life of the mill body, and improve grinding efficiency through special structural designs. All liners are manufactured from high manganese steel, high chromium alloy steel and other high-strength wear-resistant materials, with excellent hardness, toughness, impact resistance and fatigue resistance, adapting to long-term continuous heavy-duty operation of grinding equipment.
1. Corrugated Liner (Wave Liner)
Corrugated liners feature a special wavy curved surface structure. Different from flat liners, the undulating wave design can effectively increase the friction coefficient between the liner and grinding media. During the rotation of the mill, corrugated liners can lift grinding balls and materials to a higher height, strengthen the falling impact and grinding force of the media, and significantly improve the grinding fineness and production capacity. This type of liner is mainly used in the fine grinding chamber of cement mills. It has uniform stress, strong wear resistance and not easy to deform, which can effectively avoid material slipping and improve the overall grinding effect.
2. End Liner
End liners are installed on the end face and end cover of the cement mill cylinder, serving as the protective lining for the mill end. They bear the lateral impact and friction of grinding media and materials, preventing the mill end plate from being worn and damaged for a long time. End liners adopt thickened integral casting design, with high structural rigidity and strong anti-impact ability. They can stabilize the internal operation state of the mill, reduce vibration, and effectively seal the grinding chamber. They are applicable to all types of dry and wet cement mills, playing an indispensable role in protecting the end structure of the mill and maintaining stable equipment operation.
3. Strip Liner (Bar Liner)
Strip liners, also known as bar-shaped liners, are designed with strip raised structures arranged evenly. The linear raised ribs can firmly grip grinding media and materials during mill operation, prevent sliding and slipping of materials, and enhance the squeezing and grinding effect between materials and grinding balls. Strip liners have simple and compact structure, convenient installation and replacement, and good wear uniformity. They are mostly used in the coarse grinding chamber of ball mills, suitable for coarse crushing and preliminary grinding of large-particle raw materials, with stable performance and low maintenance cost.
4. Wet Mill Liner
Wet mill liners are specially customized for wet grinding working conditions. Different from dry mill liners, they adopt optimized material ratio and surface anti-corrosion treatment, with excellent water resistance, corrosion resistance and slurry abrasion resistance. In wet grinding environment, materials are mixed with water to form slurry, which causes stronger scouring and corrosion on the lining plate. The wet mill liner can effectively resist the long-term scouring of slurry and chemical corrosion, avoid rusting and rapid wear. It is widely used in wet cement grinding, mineral wet milling and other wet processing equipment, maintaining long-term stable working performance in humid and slurry environments.
5. Step Liner
Step liners are designed with ladder-shaped step structures. The hierarchical step design can reasonably classify the lifting height of grinding media of different specifications. Large grinding balls are lifted higher for strong impact crushing, while small grinding balls work for fine grinding and polishing. This layered working mode greatly improves grinding efficiency and reduces ineffective wear of grinding media and liners. Step liners have high structural stability, strong bearing capacity and uniform wear, which can effectively reduce equipment vibration and energy consumption, suitable for various industrial grinding mills.
6. Raw Mill Step Liner
Raw mill step liners are professional customized step liners dedicated to cement raw material mills. Aiming at the characteristics of cement raw materials such as high hardness, uneven particle size and large processing capacity, this liner optimizes the step height, spacing and plate thickness. It adopts high-toughness wear-resistant alloy material, which can withstand frequent impact and strong abrasion of large-particle raw materials. The optimized step structure can fully lift and disperse raw materials and grinding media, improve the grinding uniformity of raw materials, ensure the fineness and quality of raw meal, and meet the high-efficiency and high-yield operation requirements of cement raw material grinding systems. It is the core wearing part specially matched for cement raw mill equipment.
