The rotary kiln shell is the core component of rotary kiln equipment, widely used in cement, metallurgy, chemical industry, environmental protection and other fields. It bears the functions of carrying materials, withstanding high temperature and pressure, and realizing material calcination and conveying through rotary motion. - High-Quality Material Selection: The main body adopts Q245R/Q345R boiler steel plate, which has excellent high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. For the high-temperature section (burning zone) that bears extreme working conditions, we optionally configure low-alloy heat-resistant steel, effectively preventing steel plate creep and deformation caused by long-term high-temperature operation, and ensuring the structural stability of the shell.
- Precision Manufacturing & Strict Quality Control: The shell is manufactured by sectioned processing, with precise dimension control. The welding process adopts automatic submerged arc welding and manual arc welding combination, and the weld seam is inspected by UT/MT non-destructive testing to ensure no welding defects such as cracks and air holes. The ovality, straightness and surface flatness of the shell all meet the national standard requirements, avoiding problems such as refractory brick spalling and equipment vibration caused by poor precision.
- Customizable Specifications: We can customize the diameter (1-6m), length (30-100m), inclination (3%-5%) and wall thickness of the shell according to the customer's actual production scale, kiln type and working conditions. The connection mode of the shell sections is designed as on-site welding, which is convenient for transportation and installation, and reduces the difficulty of on-site construction.
- Long Service Life & Low Maintenance Cost: The shell is subjected to professional anti-corrosion and heat-insulation treatment on the surface, which effectively slows down the oxidation and wear of the steel plate. The design service life is 15-25 years, and the daily maintenance only needs regular inspection of the surface temperature and weld seam condition, which greatly reduces the later operation and maintenance cost of the equipment.
- Perfect Matching Performance: The shell is equipped with high-precision riding rings, girth gears, backing plates and other accessories, which are closely matched with the rotary kiln's supporting components (supporting rollers, transmission system, seal device).
