Hammer Head

The hammer head is the main wearable part of a hammer crusher and directly executes material crushing. Mounted on the rotor via hammer pins, it rotates at high speed together with the rotor and strikes raw materials to realize crushing.

Working under severe impact, friction and abrasion conditions, our hammer heads are made of high chromium cast iron, high manganese steel or composite wear-resistant alloys. With advanced casting and heat treatment technologies, they deliver ultra-high hardness, excellent toughness and strong impact resistance. They are not easy to break or wear out, and greatly reduce downtime for replacement.

Various types and sizes are available to match different crusher models. They are widely applied for crushing limestone, clinker, ore and other bulk materials in cement, mining and construction material industries.
